While Zeke is a rationalist, Eren is the embodiment of anger and ultimate destruction.

zEscOOt • 2 years ago

Jesus how many twists can we get in a single episode?

Fiddler Green • 2 years ago

Wow. Next to entering the cellar, this might have been the most pivotal episode in the series. This is crazy. It sounds like Eren is about to start a world war with the founding power.

Firegabyy • 1 year ago

Pivotal and crazy are really the best way to explain this episode ,thank u for finding the words I couldn’t !!

In order to perform a time travel and inflict influence to the time continuum,
it is sufficient to transport only the consciousness - influencing others to do the dirty work for your agenda. Another way to create a new time continuum.

Saad Unravels • 2 years ago

And that's why Eren Jaeger is so overwhelming. My mind was TOO blown the first time.

This was such an instantly iconic episode. "Memories of the Future" Such an accurate and genius title!!!

The whole time Grisha could see Zeke through Eren's memories I believe, and Eren's anger and words that drove Grisha to do what needed to be done were simply genius.
First Ehren Kruger said these words to Grisha in Season 3 Part 2/ Episode 58: Attack Titan.
And now the one who invented them, said it to Grisha himself.

I like to think it's the Will of Eren that overwhelms the inheritors of the Attack Titan!
Eren is just soo cool!!!

Lol attack titan was always erens avatar

Isn't it beautiful how sharp the claws of a monstrous tiger can become,
it's majestically dangerous yep

He's nothing less then a monster.
Neither anything more then it.

No happy ending in this world.

One of the earliest piece of wisdom this series brought us was,
you can't achieve anything without making sacrifices.

NeganTheRealOneKT • 1 year ago

Damn. I like how they play with your mind, telling you only a part of the story, making it seem like a whole and then coming back and basically holding up the remaining half right in front of you, which often still turns out to be incomplete. Splendiferous if you ask me.

After the huge box office and critical success of 'It', Andy Muscietti has set a live-action remake of 'Attack On Titan' for his next film. A US remake of 'Attack On Titan' has been rumoured for years, however a deal was struck between Warner Bros.

The Great Leon • 2 years ago

Anime/Manga just don't work as live action movies. Doubt it gts off the ground or by the time it does the fanbase would not be as interested. Things like Naruto and Bleach were rumored for 10+ years to have live action, never happening and if they did they just won't look good. Been a long time since Dragon Ball Evolution and technology has improved but that is not the issue with animes becoming movies. The characters are not realistic lookings often times hear goofy, they change moods and make many facial expressions that works in animation but does not translate in live action as the actors would just look dumb.

Imperial • 1 year ago

I can't agree. Rurouni Kenshin has 3 perfect live action movies.
The 3 ones that already exist for AOT are just weak productions.

It would require a budget as high as the Avengers or comparable to other Marvel/Disney mega productions in order to do the visual strength of the anime proper justice though.
And that's what barely any franchise ever gets.

Because: Investors rather buy a safe deal of repetitive blockbuster shit,
then taking the risk to try something as new as high caliber anime adaptions.

The Great Leon • 1 year ago

Can't really compare Kenshin that is basically a normal world anime. He just has a big ass scar on face that could look silly. It is sword fighting with some elevation and that anime isn't popular enough to get a US mad adaptation. Death Note was fairly simple and that was botched and looked really silly when Netflix did it.

Yes an Avengers big team up kind of budget would be needed, they are not going to do it for an anime if the money is not guaranteed. Comic books are big in US, China, Germany, parts of Africa, Australia, Spanish countries etc they can mak money worldwide. Anime is great but not really global enough to get the big box office it is pretty much US and Japan the big areas with fandom sprinkled throughout. Dragon Ball is the biggest franchise since you can see a reference casually.

Imperial • 1 year ago

There were barely requirements to repeat the Anime of Kenshin visually, just that scar true.

But they delivered good sword art material arts, and the hardest thing to achieve: Gathering authors that are capable enough to write a great script that makes sense. This is one of the hardest parts.
